| We had a great time at the Backer's Christmas show this year. During the 3 day event held from October 14th-16th, we were thrilled with the feedback and positive response we received from all of the pet professionals we met at the show. Between live demos of our online kennel management software and microchip demonstrations the petkey team was busy.

We played games and handed out samples of our new petkey ID Card.
SuperZoo 2011 took place this year at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from September 11th-13th. We had a great time showcasing our new Mobile Friendly Pet ID Card.

Great People and Great Food could only equal a Great Time.
The Third Annual ICAW pet breeder conference was on Friday October 28th through Saturday October 29th in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Nick Acosta, president of helpmefindMYPET, was present doing live demos of petkey's kennel management software and educating attendees on the benefits of petkey's lifetime protection program.

petkey CEO and Pet Behaviorist, Brian Donovan, was also present as a guest speaker. With the assistance of some adorable puppies he conducted a puppy behavior
seminar outlining some important principles for training young puppies. Brian Donovan continues to educate pet owners through DOGstar's Video
Library and over the phone training consultations.
